Cursus beschrijving

The English for Business course is offered as an elective course in the Intensive course of study and helps students to effectively communicate in many business situations. The course consists of 20 lessons of general English, 8 lessons of business English and 7 lessons of structured study each week.

De locatie van Leicester Square in Kaplan International profiteert van een gevarieerd sociaal programma dat is ontworpen om studenten te helpen levenslange vrienden te maken en plezier te maken. Enkele voorbeelden van activiteiten zijn: winkelen in Covent Garden, uitstapjes naar het Tate Modern Art Museum, curry-avonden in Brick Lane, cruises op de Theems en nog veel meer.

Het college is onlangs gerenoveerd met educatieve voorzieningen van wereldklasse, waaronder 10 ruime, lichte klaslokalen. Er is een multimedia-lab waar studenten hun Engels kunnen oefenen en studeren. Het college heeft ook wifi, zodat studenten hun eigen laptops mee kunnen nemen! Er is een comfortabele studentenlounge met verkoopautomaten en magnetronfaciliteiten, zodat de studenten hun eigen lunch kunnen bereiden. Het bevat ook gratis internet voor studenten om naar huis te e-mailen.

Kaplan organiseert een volledig schema van excursies en activiteiten, waaronder excursies naar de beroemde musea, clubavonden in theatertours Soho en West End.

"Kaplan has good teachers and the environment in Kaplan due to the different culture is something amazing and incredible."

Kaplan was really good in the academic part, because the teachers were extremely well prepared and engaged really good with their students. Location was good, but the housing was quite bad, because some of them were really far, and using the underground was difficult during peak hours, so people from Zone 3 or 4 were always affected in that case. Activities were fun and good.

We kunnen geen visas voor studenten aanvragen. De school kan u echter wel met alle benodigde documentatie voorzien die u nodig heeft voor uw visa aanvraag.

Indien u voor meer dan 11 maanden in de VK studeert, zult u een referentie nummer ontvangen genaamd Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) die u bij de VK ambassade in dient te leveren samen met uw Standaard Studenten Visa aanmeldingsformulier. Studenten die succesvol een talen cursus gereserveerd hebben en die hun kosten betaald hebben zullen een CAS van Kaplan International ontvangen. Let aub op dat UK wet aangeeft dat een CAS alleen aan studenten gegeven kan worden die Engelse taal studies willen gaan doen die meer dan 11 maanden duren.

Indien u voor 11 maanden of minder in de VK studeert, dient u een speciale bezoeker's visa aan te vragen genaamd Student Visitor Visa. Als student bezoeker, zult u niet in staat zijn part-time te werken terwijl u studeert. Indien u van plan bent om 11 maanden of minder in de UK te studeren, zal een acceptatiebrief naar u gestuurd worden tegen geen extra kosten. Indien u uw documenten via express post wilt ontvangen zult u £ 40 in rekening gebracht worden bij uw registratie.
