My experience at the school

Overall, I found the school very nice. I would have liked there to be more international students, although I understand that this doesn’t directly depend on the school.

As for the teaching, I found the content of the lessons to be good. However, I think the class levels could be divided more clearly. In my class, for example, there were people at different levels: some were too advanced to stay in that group, but not quite ready to move to the next one; others were slightly behind. So I would suggest adding an intermediate course between Level 2 and B1.

During my time at the school, I noticed an improvement in my English compared to when I started, and that was very motivating.

It was often too hot in the classroom, so we used to switch on small desk fans to cool the room down. However, they weren’t effective at all—the air hit me directly and gave me headaches. That’s why I would recommend installing air conditioning, which would definitely be more efficient.

We worked on grammar using a textbook, and I found that useful and interesting. However, it would have been better with more speaking activities, as speaking is essential for truly improving language skills.

Despite a few things that could be improved, it was a positive experience. I met new people and found the environment enjoyable.

In conclusion, it was a pleasant and enriching experience.

I liked the lessons, maybe a little difficult for me.
I really liked the teachers, I loved the activities, I found myself in a very welcoming environment.

It was absolutely interesting, encoureging and awarding trip with huge amount of new knoweledge. I really enjoied that time of being a student particulary of TEG Bristol College.
